Return Process

  Log into your Mstore account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
